BIG Assist is a pilot programme offering support to infrastructure organisations in the voluntary sector, helping them to adapt and change to meet a challenging environment.

The BIG Assist programme is due to close on 31 March 2016. Existing voucher holders must complete all projects before their vouchers expire.

Support is currently available through:

  • Online marketplace of suppliers A list of BIG Assist approved suppliers is available in our online marketplace. All listed approved suppliers are experts with the experience and skills to help infrastructure organisations improve their effectiveness. All have demonstrated their expertise and many have customer ratings from projects completed in the BIG Assist voucher programme.
  • Events Providing face-to-face events around the country as well as online events using ShareSpace, the BIG Assist online forum, for infrastructure organisations in the voluntary sector.
  • Library of resources Links to case studies and reference material which infrastructure organisations may find helpful in improving their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Connecting organisations Network with other organisations through ShareSpace, our online forum.
